About
iHelp Africa is a Ghanaian voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit organisation working in rural Ghana to create an enabling environment to vulnerable individuals, provide avenues for children in rural and deprived communities to attain success, serve as a platform to re-direct the future of adolescent mothers and young boys who are out of school and offer support to women to develop themselves economically through skills training.
Established in May 2015 and duly registered in march 2016, the foundation is run by a team of highly motivated, enthusiastic young people with high levels of commitment, compassion and focus; individuals who are passionate about offering help through education, skills training, counselling, health care, rehabilitation etc. no matter how little, to young individuals/adolescents and women who need just a little push to make a change in their own lives and that of those around them. Further, iHelp Africa Foundation aims at achieving its goals through advocacy, as well as partnering with other organisations and government institutions to provide meaningful interventions in the areas of education, providing guidance and counselling and any other assistance to help the vulnerable sections of the society.
Our Mission
Our mission is to work for the vulnerable in society (children, the youth--teenage mothers and substance addicts--, and women) by providing them with a platform to become responsible, creating an enabling environment for them to achieve their full potentials and shaping their future through education, skills training and counselling in order to improve their standard of living.
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Vision
Through a strong sense of networking, partnership and advocacy, our vision is to become a globally recognised non-profit organisation that is involved in providing solutions in improving and shaping the lives of children, young people and women.
